Why do I need counseling

IS THERAPY RIGHT FOR ME

Often when we talk to friends or loved ones they want to help us solve our problems, rather than being there for us emotionally. Even though they mean well, this does not always help us feel seen and heard. Talking to a therapist can help you to weigh different options for how to handle life stressors. It can also help you build the confidence to move forward in making changes that will help life feel more comfortable. 

How to book an appointment

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?

Upon your initial contact we will have a phone consultation to ensure that we are a good fit for each other.  We will discuss your goals for services, as well as cover any financial questions you may have. We will then schedule you for your intake. I am typically able to get you in within 2-3 weeks.  Each persons treatment goals, and progress through them is very dependent on the person, therefore I am unable to guarantee any specific amount of sessions.
